Cluttered Desk

Back in the day, a clean desk was considered a sign of slothful laziness. Busy people, and smart people didn't have time to straighten up.

Albert Einstein famously pointed out that "If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, of what, then, is an empty desk a sign?"

Stop apologising to the neat-freaks and start feeling good about our ability to prioritise. While our cluttered desks may not prove we're brilliant, they do show that we might be geniuses.

Prioritising to get things done more efficiently it will also help you alleviate stress in your life. Learning how to prioritise is not an impossible task; you just have to determine what needs to be done and how much time you need to do it.
